Course access is typically provided for an extended period to allow you to learn at your own pace, though specific durations may vary by program.

Academic Integrity

We expect all students to maintain high standards of academic integrity. This means completing assignments independently, properly attributing any external resources or inspiration, and respecting the intellectual property of instructors and fellow students. Plagiarism or dishonest behavior may result in removal from courses without refund.

Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, worksheets, templates, and written content, are protected by intellectual property laws. These materials are provided exclusively for your personal learning and professional development. You may not redistribute, sell, or share course content with others outside the platform.

Your Work and Portfolio

Projects and designs you create during our courses remain your intellectual property. We encourage you to showcase your work in your professional portfolio and use it to advance your design career. However, by participating in our courses, you grant us permission to feature your work as examples of student success, with proper attribution to you.

Feedback and Critique

Our courses include peer review and instructor feedback as essential components of the learning process. By submitting work for review, you consent to receiving constructive criticism and agree to provide thoughtful feedback to fellow students. All feedback should be professional, respectful, and focused on helping others improve their design skills.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment and must be paid in full before gaining access to course materials. We accept various payment methods and process all transactions securely through trusted payment partners. Prices are subject to change, but you will pay the price displayed at the time of your enrollment.

Refund Conditions

We offer refunds within the first 14 days of course enrollment if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard and will be processed within 5-10 business days. After the initial refund period, all sales are final, though we may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Course Modifications

We continuously improve our courses based on student feedback and industry developments. This may involve updating content, adding new modules, or modifying existing lessons. Enrolled students automatically receive access to these improvements at no additional cost. In rare cases where significant changes occur, we will notify students in advance.

Community Guidelines and Conduct

Certification and Continuing Education

Upon successful completion of course requirements, including all assignments and assessments, you will receive a certificate of completion. These certificates verify your participation in our program and can be used to demonstrate your commitment to professional development, though they do not constitute formal academic credentials.

Your relationship with our learning community doesn't end when you complete a course. We provide ongoing resources, career guidance, and opportunities to engage with fellow alumni. While we are committed to providing high-quality design education, we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or employment results. Your success depends on many factors, including your dedication to learning, application of skills, and market conditions. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the relationship under these terms. You may cancel your account at any time, though access to course materials will end according to the terms of your enrollment. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to our learning community.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform features.
